Joe O'Brien called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m.
1. Review & approval of previous minutes. Minutes from the November meeting were approved.
2. Review & approval of financial statements. The financial reports for the November meeting were approved. Jane also reported that Jason Gager has not responded back to her about the bills they have not paid
3. Operations Report.
A. Operator's report.
i. Water usage. 47474 gal/day
ii. Test Results and Testing.
Bacteria results negative.
Fluoride results within tolerance.
B. New web site is up and running.
4. Customer concerns/comments.
A. Peter Geise was contacted by Jane and asked if he would reschedule for the meeting on January 8th. He was fine with this.
5. Repairs and Maintenance.
A. A thank you letter will be sent to Cub Scouts.
6. Old business.
7. New Business.
8. Bills to review & approve for payment. Bills were reviewed and approved.
9. Next Meeting Date: Next regular meeting January 8 2007 at 7:00 PM
10. Adjournment. The meeting was adjourned at 7:45 PM.
