Ken Mitchell requested to see letter from Tippy Jacobs concerning the right-of-way through the property currently by Allen Bolio. A discussion followed on the legalities of the hook ups the on the Bolio property. The right to water is part of a recorded deed in the Town Clerk's office in Underhill and the legal document has been reviewed by the District's lawyer who says that legally the Water Board must supply the Bolio property with water.

Ken Mitchell asked if wells were producing more water right now than when moratorium was put into place. The Board answered yes, but with preventative maintenance; however, it was noted that the more water pumped, the more problems evolve.

Ken Mitchell also asked if the water line through the Bolio property had been inspected when installed? They have been inspected by Mr. Wheeler and Red Hed.

Ken Mitchell asked when the fence and gate around the well field will be fixed? The Board answered, by Spring. Ken noted that there are beavers above and below the pump house and should be watched.

Ken Mitchell noted he is done with maintenance work at the pump house and will no longer be available for snow plowing. The Board will look into finding a replacement.

The meeting adjourned at 8:55 p.m.
